Medical Sales and Marketing CRMs
< 1 min reading time

Hi Group! If anyone can advise me on some of the best CRMs for medical sales and marketing, I would so greatly appreciate it. My small company is expanding and is in great need of a system that will allow us to keep track of our leads and partners; especially in need of the capability for everyone to view notes entered from different reps going in to the same office. Thank you in advance!

Ee Bin Liew hi, you may wish to explore if Zoho CRM is right for you..

A current client uses Zoho and, when it came time to integrate with a WordPress plugin, we had to build from scratch.

My company has been exploring the same problem. Being SUPER small I've been looking into the cheap to free price range. And I prefer to host locally on our own server so I've been trying out open source options. The three we are currently looking at (that are open source and self-hosted) are Feng Office, SugarCRM (or maybe SuiteCRM), and vTiger. We have just installed them so I'm not making a recommendation of any of them yet. I will update when we have a better impression of how they compare.

Try PipeDrive.........a lot easier to use that Sugar or Salesforce.

Our companies and several clients use Salesforce.com. Integrates well with other marketing platforms with many plug in applications and has the ability to start small and grow with your biz.

Edgar Dieperink, PMP Salesforce.com is scalable (licenses, features, connectors, etc.) and no hardware is required.

Salesforce is a great system but take care that you adapt the system to empower and assist the sales process. They will sell you on the management aspects, all well and good different than a sales tool

I am a big fan of SalesForce. It isn't perfect out of the box, per se, but is incredible with a little bit of customization.

Stephane Morvan It really depends what you are trying to accomplish: if you want to capture deal flow including all of its milestones and ensure continuity across different people or processes then pipedrive or batchbook are both a nice way to start...

Mark C Adams, MBA I think if you try to reinvent the wheel you're going to have problems. Find out what the major medical industry companies are using and buy an abbreviated version of that.
Then you'll be able to communicate with everyone

Insightly can work for you, they have their mobile app with monthly per user subscription where you can pay monthly. Else where, they say monthly but you need to buy annually.

Regardless of what you select, ensure that it complements your sales process and that you have executive "Sales Leadership" understanding it, then driving it. Even if you save money with an inferior software program, it will be money waisted without a solid plan to engage your sales leaders in understanding the Why and WIIFM. It's not the software, but the buy-in that realizes the vision.

Zoho.com is very similar to sales force but, from my understanding, more affordable. I have experience using both and think they are both great and user friendly!

Tiffany Paisley MPH, CPH Thank you all so much for your insight and advice. I've started a free trial of Salesforce. Insightly responded to me stating they they are not HIPPA compliant. Thanks again. Best to you all!!
